Background

I graduated from Florida State University with a Doctor of Music in Piano Performance in May 2020. I am a student of Dr. Ian Hobson.

I have extensive experience in liturgical music. Having worked for several parishes and chapels for the past ten years, I am proficient at both piano and organ and am experienced in leading choral musicians in rehearsal and performance.

I earned my Master of Music in Piano Performance and Literature degree at the University of Illinois. There I studied piano intensively with Dr. Ian Hobson. I also studied organ while there with Dr. Dana Robinson.

I earned Bachelor’s degrees in both Piano Performance and Electrical Engineering at the University of Notre Dame. While there, I studied with Drs. John Blacklow and Daniel Schlosberg.

Growing up, I studied the Suzuki method of piano with John Reglin. As of the summer of 2016, I am certified to teach all levels of Suzuki piano, books 1-7. I also studied a full year of traditional piano pedagogy while at the University of Illinois.
